My mission is to work with nursing students and new nurses with their transition into the nursing profession. Nurtured Novice LLC, will give nurses and nursing students tools, resources, and confidence to navigate challenges and help them to identify professional goals.
Jasmin Waterman- Parris has 2 decades experience as a registered nurse and 10 years experience as a nursing professional development specialist and certified NPD-BC. I am passionate about empowering the next generation of nurses. My business will ultimately support nurse recruitment and retention. My community outreach involvement is: Board Member , Community Service Chairperson and past Vice President of New York Black Nurses Association Inc. I provide health education and health screening to the community and offer support to nursing students.
